Honestly, Port Barton doesn’t have many attractions compared to other destinations in Palawan. People visit because of the serene atmosphere and the middle-of-nowhere feel it provides. If you’re looking for an adrenaline rush or party every night, you’re in the wrong place. Go to de-stress and leave all your worries behind.

Just because it is a quiet destination it doesn’t mean that there’s nothing to do here. There are some activities and places to visit that fill your itinerary.

Like many places in Palawan, island hopping to the nearby beaches and reefs is one popular activity you can do during your stay. Tours are named A to D, each having their own stops; what we can say is that they’re quite similar.

Trip Length: 9 AM – 4 PM Here are the places you’ll visit during your trip.

Tour A

Tour B

Tour C

Tour D

If you want to include or exclude certain destinations, you can charter a boat and discuss with your guide and boatman your preferred itinerary; this costs around P3000 – P4000 per boat.

FYI: Inaladelan Island (German Island) is a private resort that requires visitors to pay a P100 entrance fee per person. You can also pitch a tent and camp here.

We highly recommend this beach; in fact, it is our favorite. It got its name (German Island) because a German national owned it before; this is what our boatmen told us. The new owners turned it into a private resort and returned it to its former name, which was Inaladelan.

You can visit this island which is often a part of island hopping. However, if you want to stay longer, you can camp. The island doesn’t have any cottages or rooms, but you can rent a tent with foam beds.

Here are the rates and inclusions:

Day Trip Overnight The island has rudimentary toilet facilities.

Itaytay Beach is Port Barton’s main beach but it doesn’t compare to the shores of the islands; however, it’s still a decent place to just chill. Don’t miss sandbar on the northern end of the beach.

Port Barton faces the west, which means you can catch the beautiful sunset.
